Finding Strength is a minimal equipment program designed to get you toned!
I created Finding Strength for the person who desires to workout at home.
This program is also excellent for the person who doesn't have time in their day-to-day schedule to go to the gym, or is frequently on the go.
The simple exercises included are perfect for achieving the toned body you desire, 3x per week for 8 weeks.
This is a full-body program focused on toning and strengthening while burning unwanted fat.
All you need is:

I wanted a program that made me healthier from the Inside out, that's why I chose FINDING STRENGTH! It's super Easy! Easy is the best word in the world for me because I’m not a gym human! After almost two years maybe close to even three years, I have been scared to work out. I developed a medical condition that kept me from it. I spoke with my doctor and he cleared me. I talked with Natalie for years about working with her. She has been the most patient person with me and my insecurities of getting back into fitness. When I was trying to decide after surgery what kinds of work outs I should do, I chose FINDING STRENGTH, her beginner program. I have always been told that to get over a fear you have to admit the fear first before you can try to over come the fear. So I have decided to take back my life. "
