I created Finding Strength for the person who desires to workout at home.
This program is also excellent for the person who doesn't have time in their day-to-day schedule to go to the gym, or is frequently on the go.
The simple exercises included are perfect for achieving the toned body you desire, 3x per week for 8 weeks.
This is a full-body program focused on toning and strengthening while burning unwanted fat.
All you need is:
- 30-45 minutes
- A Dumbbell

I wanted a program that made me healthier from the Inside out, that's why I chose FINDING STRENGTH! It's super Easy! Easy is the best word in the world for me because I’m not a gym human!  Me saying it’s EASY to get to the gym is a big fucking deal for me! I know what I’m going to do and it’s super simple. I love that it’s not complicated in knowing things! It’s comfortable because I know I only have to do 30 minutes 3x per week and I have more energy!  I can take care of my body, I’m not obliged to do a gazillion things I don’t want to do. I’m saving time not looking around the gym looking for whatever machine. My Danish gym has everything! I can do it at home, too which is a very big plus!  Normally the gym is something I can’t be bothered with because it’s so complicated. With this, I have it printed out and I just go!"
