Finding Strength: 8 Week Strength Guide
Finding Strength is a minimal equipment program to get you toned!
I designed Finding Strength for the person who desires to work out at home, or at the gym. This program is also excellent for the person who doesn’t have time in their day to go to the gym, or is frequently on the go. Workouts can be completed in 30 or 45-minute increments! These simple exercises are perfect for achieving the toned body you desire.
This is a full-body program focused on toning and strengthening while burning unwanted fat. All you need is 30 minutes, a dumbbell, and a long band.
This program is a 30 or 45 minute split 3x per week.

-Weekly calendar to track your progress
This program is 8 weeks in total and can be repeated as many times as you desire. Completion time is up to you! Workouts can be 40 or 45 minutes. I highly recommend progressing to my other guides or programs for the best results in toning your body!
