Who is this event for?
All women over the age of 21! We meet you exactly where you are TODAY.
Beginners to Advanced Lifters are welcome! We are about lifting each other up, no matter where you are fitness wise. We welcome YOU! This is about building community, having fun and gaining friends.🏋🏼♀️Get ready to workout, dance and let loose.

THAI MARKET -chili garlic mango, toasted coconut flakes, cucumber, scallions, cilantro, avocado, char roasted chicken, with coconut peanut sauce and sesame rice oil over quiona (WARM BOWL)
MEXI CALI -romaine, cabbage, black beans, corn, scallions, tortilla strips, avocado, cilantro, queso fresco, with salsa ranch (SALAD)
Bring a water bottle, wear workout attire and shoes and bring a sweat towel if you need one.💕
