When I started with Finding Strength, I had a schedule, workouts designed by Natalie, and her cheering us on in a great support group on Facebook. I messaged Natalie to ask her opinion of what would be a good fit next, and based on me working out at home I chose FIGHTER- this program is a bit more intense than Finding Strength, a perfect next step. I LOVE this program- I just started week 7 and I feel stronger and excited to do these workouts. It is very easy to follow, the video tutorials are great, and sticking to this has me feeling very accomplished with myself. I love walking and have always been an active person, but other workout habits before Natalie's programs were inconsistent. This was the push I needed to get on track!"
