For the following photos, please wear form fitting clothing or a bikini/minimal clothing. This is all about YOUR comfort level, please do what feels best to you! I know it can be exponentially hard to take photos like this; however, photos are such a great way to visually see the changes happening within your body. I promise when you show up for yourself in this program, you are going to be in awe and look back to these photos and be able to see just how far you have come! (*

The scale can be a useful tool to measure progress. I also understand everyone has a different relationship with the scale, and for some it can be extremely triggering. Only provide
your weight if you are comfortable doing so.

Body measurements are another fantastic way to gain insight on what's happening to your body. Every time you take your measurements, take them at the same time and under the same circumstances- for example, first thing in the morning before eating or drinking. Use a flexible tape measure, and choose the widest part of your body to measure (example: for Thighs, the widest part is typically the upper thigh under your glutes).

Use the widest part of your torso, typically around your belly button.

Use the widest part, typically the upper thigh under your glutes.
