This program is designed to help you achieve better mobility/stretching, gain lean muscle mass, expand your knowledge of complex movements, and create a better-balanced routine overall. Let me show you how the more you get curious, and embody the teachings from this program into your lifestyle, you’ll see your body change and stay that way. Put in the time, embrace the highs and lows, and show up for yourself differently. This is a full-body program focused on strengthening, embodying confidence while staying lean, year round.
WHAT YOU NEED:
- 50 minutes- 1.5 hours Daily
- Access to a full gym (gym equipment, machines & Barbells)
- Foam Roller
TRAINING SPLIT SCHEDULE:
Day 1: Legs (Butt Stuff Dominant)
Day 2: Back & Shoulders
Day 3: Chest & Triceps
Day 4: Legs (Quad Dominant)
Day 5: Back & Shoulders II
BONUS: Mobility (movement prep/practice + add in butt stuff or chest work here if you want a lil pump) OR, practice something you want to get better at (ex. headstands, pull-ups)

I got into fitness once I joined the Coast Guard. My first two years in were trash, I had no specific routine and no idea of what I needed to do. I wasted so much time. So, I finally invested in a program and began lifting with other people to help accomplish my goals, but there was still so much missing like explanation of sets and reps, proper warm ups and honestly so much more. I was plateauing mentally and physically, there were so many days at the gym where I was going through the motions to just maintain. I would only push myself on workouts I enjoyed (chest) while I would put in minimal effort towards workouts I didn't like. Hell, at one point my bench press PR was more than my squat. I wasn't building the muscle I wanted. I was tired of not achieving my goals, so I chose Natalie's 8 weeks Empowered Program. I love the 5 day a week structure. Previously I was doing 6 days per week and I'm seeing better results with her split. I love how she puts as much effort into creating a solid warmup and stretching routine alongside the actual workout, I used to have this nagging shoulder pain prior to this program and it's gone.
