Couch to Confident is a bodyweight strength program designed to get you toned!
I created Couch to Confident for the person who desires to workout at home.
This program is also excellent for the person who doesn't have time in their day-to-day schedule to go to the gym, or is frequently on the go.
The simple bodyweight exercises included are perfect for achieving the toned body you desire, 3x per week for 8 weeks.
This is a full-body program focused on toning and strengthening while burning unwanted fat.
